Cathy Arnit, Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) Human Relations Director, has been elected Vice Chair of the ACI-NA Human Resources Steering Committee. This is a four-year commitment involving two years as Vice Chair followed by one year as Chair of the committee and one year as Past Chair. In this capacity, Ms. Arnit will work with the Chair to help facilitate the committee's vision of being the global human resource leaders within the Aviation Community. She is also the Chair of the Compensation and Benefits Working group, a member of the Talent Acquisition, Deployment, and Management Best Practices Working Group and on the Nominating Committee of the ACI-NA Human Resources Steering Committee. Ms. Arnit joined TAA in 1985 and has held several positions within the Human Relations department. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, International Personnel Management Association, and American Society for Training and Development. ### Attachment: photo
