ANNE ROBERTS NAMED
TAA DIRECTOR OF CONTRACTS

     Anne Roberts has been named the Director of Contracts Management for the Tucson Airport Authority (TAA). She joined the Authority in 1996 as Contract Administrator.

     In her new position, she is responsible for directing the activities of TAA’s Contracts Management function for the procurement of construction and other goods and professional services for Tucson International Airport and Ryan Airfield.

     A native of Colorado, Ms. Roberts has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Arizona State University, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, National Honor Society in Economics and Beta Gamma Sigma, National Honor Society in Business Administration.

     Before joining the Authority in 1996, she worked for Up With People, Arizona Portland Cement Company, and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. She is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and the Arizona Airports Association.

     The Tucson Airport Authority, TAA, is a nonprofit entity created by State Charter in 1948. Composed of 115 community members, the Authority has a nine-member board of directors that meets monthly. TAA President/CEO Bonnie Allin, oversees day-to-day operations, and a staff of 300 employees. TAA manages Tucson International Airport and Ryan Airfield.
